Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for bending operations on sheet metal parts.

2. Collaborate with the Equipment Department to carry out daily maintenance and servicing, annual inspection and maintenance, and oversight for all equipment within the sheet metal team.

3. Responsible for task assignment and daily attendance management of team members in the sheet metal bending group.

4. Responsible for conducting skills-development training for personnel within the sheet-metal bending team to enhance team productivity.

5. Collaborate with the office on safety education and training.

Job Requirements:

1. Must be able to operate the Jinfangyuan brand press brake independently, interpret technical drawings, develop bending programs based on these drawings, and adjust the press brake’s fine-tuning parameters according to the bending results.

2. Able to independently perform daily equipment and mold maintenance and upkeep.

3. Capable of handling bends at any angle (including acute angles, obtuse angles, and circular arcs).

4. Possess sheet metal bend unfolding calculation capabilities.

5. Prior experience in managing a sheet-metal bending team is preferred; prior experience with robotic automated bending processes is also preferred.
