Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for interpreting tender-related commercial documents; conducting component analysis, selection, RFQs, price comparisons, and quotation preparation based on project drawings and relevant technical specifications; and accurately calculating the equipment costs for the project.

2. Responsible for providing sales representatives with the necessary quotation forms, quotation analysis reports, and related technical documentation;

3. Complete, on time, the bid-opening documents, unit-price analysis tables, and other materials required by the client;

4. Responsible for collating and summarizing product quotation requirements and practices across different projects, regions, and customers, and assisting sales personnel in conducting thorough analysis and evaluation of project quotations.

5. Analyze market price trends and competitors’ pricing strategies, and prepare a product cost breakdown based on the company’s product characteristics.

6. Responsible for archiving historical bid quotation documents and preparing summary tables.

Job Requirements:

1. Age 25–40; associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Mechatronics, Power Electronics, or related fields; at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

2. Proficient in quotation software; able to interpret electrical equipment drawings; candidates with experience in the same industry will be given priority.

3. Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with primary and secondary electrical schematics for both high- and low-voltage equipment, as well as with component selection and quotation processes.

4. Familiar with tendering and bidding processes and capable of independently preparing quotations.

5. Strong customer service orientation, clear thinking, and excellent execution skills.

6. Possess strong communication and coordination skills.
