Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the assembly of low-voltage and high-voltage switchgear in the sheet-metal workshop, as well as for controlling assembly processes and ensuring product quality.

2. Collaborate with the Equipment Department to carry out daily maintenance and servicing, as well as annual inspection and maintenance, for all equipment within the assembly team, and to oversee these activities.

3. Responsible for task assignment and daily attendance management of team members in the sheet metal assembly group.

4. Responsible for conducting skills-development training for personnel within the sheet-metal assembly team to enhance team productivity.

5. Collaborate with the office to conduct safety education and training.

Job Requirements:

1. No educational requirement; under 50 years of age.

2. At least 5 years of experience in the assembly of high- and low-voltage switchgear in a switchgear manufacturing plant;

3. Able to interpret drawings and familiar with the structure of low-voltage switchgear, including fixed-type cabinets and drawer-type cabinets in configurations such as GGD, MNS, and GCK.

4. Proficient in and capable of independently performing cabinet assembly and quality inspection;

5. Familiar with the structure of center-mounted switchgear and ring-main units such as KYN28, KYN61, XGN66, and HXGN15, and highly proficient in the installation and commissioning of earthing switches, mechanical interlocks, and various knife switches.

6. Able to independently perform assembly and quality inspection of various types of high-voltage switchgear cabinets.

7. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in managing assembly teams.
