Haiyue (Hubei) Electric Co., Ltd. was newly established with investment from Ningbo Haiyue Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It is a national-level high-tech enterprise and a participating unit in the drafting of national standards. In response to the Central Committee’s call for the “Rise of Central China and Development of the West,” Ningbo Haiyue invested in Xiaochang, Hubei, in June 2022 to build a 66,566-square-meter green, zero-carbon, advanced modern smart factory.

The company is a manufacturing enterprise specializing in the production of various types of complete power equipment. It currently employs over 120 staff members with social insurance coverage, and personnel holding intermediate or senior technical titles account for more than 20% of the total workforce. The company possesses a full set of automated CNC production lines for power equipment and advanced testing equipment. It supplies high-end power equipment—including inverters, energy storage systems, and step-up grid-connection devices for photovoltaic power generation projects—as well as electric vehicle charging stations to support the development of the State Grid and the new energy power sector.

With a stable customer base and strong market expansion capabilities, the company achieves an annual output value of 2 billion RMB and contributes 100 million RMB in tax revenue. It aims to go public within five years, actively contributing to the local socio-economic development and realizing Haoyue’s leapfrog growth.

2022

On June 20, Haiyue (Hubei) Electric Co., Ltd. was officially registered and established.

On July 1, the company held a groundbreaking ceremony.

In December, the company’s civil engineering project officially commenced.

2023

In February, the company was designated as a “2023 Hubei Provincial Key Project.”

In March, the company’s R&D center and supporting residential facilities were ceremoniously topped out.

In April, the company’s Wuhan office held an opening ceremony.

In April, the company became a director unit of the Xiaogan City Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce.

In June, the company was awarded the “First Batch of High-Quality Building Structural Projects for 2023 in Xiaogan City.”

In October, the company was awarded the Hubei Province Quality Structural Engineering Award.

On December 18, the company officially commenced operations and production, and signed strategic cooperation agreements with Siemens, Changshu Switchgear, Feiyue Electric, Zhongpeng Cloud Valley, Feilai Electric, Kaijie Electric, Moju Electric, and Xiankong Electric.

In December, the company was awarded the designation of “Demonstration Base for Technical Cooperation of the Architectural Electrical Engineering Academic Committee of the Ningbo Civil Engineering and Architecture Society.”

In December, the company was awarded the designation of “Joint Laboratory for Electrical Equipment of the Department of Electrical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.”

In December, the company was awarded the “Strategic Cooperation Supplier” title by Oriental Risen.

2024

In February, the company was recognized as an “Outstanding Unit in the Performance Evaluation for High-Quality Development and in the Work of Promoting High-Quality Industrial Economic Development.”

In May, the company was designated as a “Business Environment Monitoring Station” in Xiaochang County.

2025

In January, the company established the “Quantum Technology Cooperation Base (Power Systems)” with Anhui Wentian Quantum Technology Co., Ltd.
