Ningbo Haiyue Electrical Appliance Manufacturing Co., Ltd.It is a manufacturing enterprise specializing in the production of complete sets of power equipment. Mr. Zhang Leiming, Chairman of the company, has been honored as the Honorary President of the Jiaxing Chamber of Commerce in Ningbo.

The company was founded in March 1999 with a registered capital of RMB 76 million. It is located in the Luotuo Electromechanical Industrial Park in Zhenhai District, Ningbo, covering an area of 13,600 square meters, of which 10,120 square meters comprise the company’s self-built industrial facility. The company is equipped with a complete set of CNC production lines and testing equipment for manufacturing power equipment. The number of current employees covered by social insurance exceeds 110, over 20% of whom hold intermediate or senior technical titles. The company is recognized as a national-level high-tech enterprise, designated as an “A-class” enterprise under the “performance per mu” evaluation system in Zhenhai District, Ningbo, and ranks among the top 20 industrial tax-paying enterprises in Luotuo Subdistrict, Zhenhai District, Ningbo Municipal People’s Government. To date, the company has established a solid customer base across provinces including Hubei, Sichuan, Guangxi, and Shaanxi, with its product quality and service receiving widespread acclaim from customers.

In response to the CPC Central Committee’s call for “the Rise of the Central Region and the Development of the Western Region,” the company decided in June 2022 to invest in Xiaochang, Hubei Province, acquiring 94 mu of land to build a new 66,000-square-meter factory. The facility will be designed as a green, zero-carbon, state-of-the-art smart manufacturing plant, providing high-end power equipment—including inverters, energy storage systems, step-up transformers, and grid-connection solutions—for photovoltaic power projects, as well as electric vehicle charging stations, to support the nation’s development of new-energy power.

The company primarily manufactures the following products: packaged substations, including models such as YZB-40.5/0.8, YB6-24/0.4, YB6-12/0.4, and ZGS9-12/0.4; high-voltage switchgear, including KYN61-40.5, KYN28A-24, KYN28A-12, XGN66-12, HXGN15-24, HXGN15-12, and DFW10-12; high-voltage automatic reactive power compensation devices, such as TBBZ6-10; low-voltage distribution cabinets, including MDmax, xEnergy, Unimes, MNS, GCS, and GCK; high-end intelligent power equipment such as grid-connection cabinets for photovoltaic power generation and prefabricated booster and grid-connection modules for photovoltaic systems; variable-frequency control cabinets HYGS; and various non-standard industrial automation control panels. To serve a wide range of petrochemical enterprises, the company has successfully developed and manufactured a series of explosion-proof control boxes, including BX(M)D and BXK1.

The company has entered into a cooperation agreement with ABB, under which ABB has granted the company authorization to manufacture MD190 low-voltage switchgear.

2022

On July 1, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Haiyue (Hubei) Electrical Co., Ltd. project—invested in and constructed by Ningbo Haiyue Electrical Appliance Manufacturing Co., Ltd.—was held in Xiaochang, Hubei Province, with a total investment of RMB 500 million.

In December, the company was recognized as a national-level “High-tech Enterprise.”

2023

In March, we were awarded the “2022 Growth Star” by Luotuo Subdistrict.

In May, the company was recognized as a “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” SME by Ningbo City.

In July, the “Intelligent Conveyor Railcar” developed in collaboration with Pangang Group was included in the “Ningbo Municipal Industrial New Product Trial Production Plan.”

2026

In February, the company passed the first joint pre-qualification review for the procurement of distribution network box-type substations by State Grid Corporation of China for the 2026 fiscal year (material categories: 10kV box-type substation—European style—silicon steel sheets—premium quality; 10kV box-type substation—European style—silicon steel sheets; 10kV box-type substation—European style—amorphous alloy—premium quality; 10kV box-type substation—European style—amorphous alloy).

In March, I participated in the drafting of the national group standard *Specifications for the Operation and Maintenance Management of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment* (T/CMEEEA135-2026).
