Job Responsibilities:

1. Primarily responsible for the sheet metal design of low-voltage distribution cabinets, including GGD, MNS, GCK, and 8PT models.

2. Based on the single-line diagram, design the layout within the switchgear cabinet and prepare the corresponding bill of materials (BOM).

3. Design of cabinet assembly drawings, part drawings, and sheet-metal unfolding drawings; provide guidance on sheet-metal bending, welding, and assembly processes.

Job Requirements:

1. Familiar with the design of low-voltage switchgear cabinets and the layout of various electrical components;

2. Familiarity with the codes and relevant national standards for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies, such as those pertaining to electrical installation projects;

3. Able to resolve issues arising during cabinet manufacturing and to integrate manufacturing processes with the functionality of sheet-metal equipment;

4. Proficient in using 2D and 3D design software such as CAD, SolidWorks, and CAXA.
