Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the sales of all company products within the assigned region and for identifying and cultivating high-quality customer accounts;

2. Responsible for developing new customers and maintaining existing customers within the designated region;

3. Responsible for covering the regional market, collecting and analyzing regional bidding and project information, and preparing the “Bidding Information Review Form.”

4. Responsible for project tracking and client coordination, including the execution and implementation of sales contracts, oversight of order production processes and shipment tracking, and collection of accounts receivable.

5. Responsible for analyzing the tender documents and ensuring that the bid document fully complies with the key provisions of the tender documents.

6. Coordinate after-sales service for your own orders;

7. Complete other tasks assigned temporarily by leadership.

Job Requirements:

1. Age 25–45; associate degree or higher; at least 2 years of experience in sales management. Candidates with sales experience in power, electrical engineering, automation, mechanical engineering, new energy, or related fields will be given priority.

2. Familiarity with sales targets in the high- and low-voltage distribution equipment market; candidates with extensive customer networks and established sales channels will be given priority.

3. Possess strong communication skills, interpersonal appeal, analytical and decision-making abilities, and customer retention and management capabilities.

4. Possesses strong learning ability, demonstrates a proactive attitude toward challenges and pressure, and takes initiative in work.

5. Able to accommodate long-term business travel (primarily within the designated region).

6. Holds a driver’s license and can drive.
