Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for completing the structural design and verification of charging piles (3D and 2D drawings) based on customer and market requirements, including but not limited to the charging pile’s enclosure, mounting brackets, and internal component layout.

2. Responsible for completing the product’s structural design and development in accordance with product requirements and the project plan, including overall exterior design, internal component layout, structural development, and simulation analysis, as well as generating unfolded drawings for the sheet-metal components required for the charging-pile structure.

3. Responsible for sample production, guiding product assembly and testing, and resolving any issues that arise.

4. Responsible for preparing project-related technical documentation, including design drawings, structural acceptance criteria, pilot production, and test-and-correction reports.

5. Responsible for researching and developing new structures and technologies to enhance product performance and quality while reducing costs.

6. Assist the Quality Department in effective product quality control, problem analysis, and continuous improvement.

7. Responsible for providing technical support and resolving product technical and quality issues reported by customers.

8. Responsible for other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Structural Engineering, Industrial Design, Electronics, Electrical Automation, or related fields.

More than 2.3 years of experience in charging-pile structural R&D, with a strong understanding of sheet-metal design and manufacturing processes. Able to lead the resolution of technical challenges related to charging-pile structure, thermal management, and noise reduction, and independently carry out structure-related design work.

3. Possess basic system analysis skills and the ability to develop comprehensive planning solutions.

4. Familiarity with the basic parameters, dimensions, and mounting methods of power devices; familiarity with the performance of power modules; and familiarity with the composition and layout of charging pile systems.

5. Familiarity with relevant standards and laws and regulations pertaining to new-energy charging stations.

6. Possess strong communication skills, team collaboration abilities, a quick learning capacity, and a customer-service mindset.

7. Possess a strong spirit of innovation and a commitment to continuous learning, with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to one’s work.
