Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for electrical design and component selection related to charging piles (integrated and split types), including the development of primary and secondary electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and wire harness manufacturing drawings, as well as collaboration with structural design engineers to complete product design.

2. Responsible for preparing and issuing the product’s electrical BOM, as well as electrical wiring and assembly documentation, and collaborating to complete the assembly of product prototypes.

3. Responsible for production-line technical support and collaborating with the production and testing departments to resolve product-related anomalies.

4. Responsible for assisting the testing department in conducting functional and performance tests on product prototypes and preparing test reports.

5. Responsible for preparing product-related technical documentation, such as product user manuals and operation & maintenance manuals.

6. Responsible for the full lifecycle management of charging piles, as well as the product expansion and iteration roadmap.

7. Responsible for assisting the after-sales service department by providing technical support, analyzing on-site failure issues, and resolving product technical and quality problems reported by customers.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field; at least 3 years of experience in the design of new-energy charging stations.

2. Familiar with relevant national and European standards, protocols, and industry testing procedures for charging pile systems.

3. Proficient in software-based drafting using AutoCAD, EPLAN, and other tools, as well as in the preparation of BOM documents.

4. Familiar with the specifications and performance of commonly used electrical components (including externally purchased circuit boards), the operating principles of the internal electrical system of charging piles, and the operation of the charging pile’s billing and payment system.

5. Possess strong communication skills, team collaboration abilities, a quick learning capacity, and a customer-service mindset.

6. Possess a strong spirit of innovation and a commitment to continuous learning, with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to one’s work.
