Haiyue Electric Donates Supplies to Support Rural Revitalization

On September 8, 2025, the Xiaochang County Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Haiyue Electric Co., Ltd. held a frontline consultation event titled “Building Service Hubs to Support Rural Revitalization” in Xianyuzhai Village, Xiaohe Town. Zhang Dongfang, Chairman of Haiyue (Hubei) Electric Co., Ltd., attended the event and, on behalf of the company, donated Prince Rice and care packages of schoolbags to Xianyuzhai Village, thereby injecting practical support into the cause of rural revitalization.

At the outset of the event, Lu Liang, Party Secretary of Xiahe Town, and Ji Yifan, the responsible official in charge, accompanied Li Qiongling and Xu Guomin, leaders of the County CPPCC, as well as Li Wei, a member of the Standing Committee of the County CPPCC, and Zhang Dongfang, Chairman of Haiyue Electric, on a tour of Xianyuzhai Village to observe the achievements of its development and to appreciate the remarkable improvements in environmental remediation and infrastructure enhancement.

At the donation ceremony, Zhang Dongfang, Chairman of Haiyue Electric, stated that the company’s development is inseparable from societal support and that contributing to rural revitalization is a social responsibility it must fulfill. Looking ahead, Haiyue Electric will continue to focus on rural development and make greater contributions to the cause of rural revitalization. Leaders of the County Political Consultative Conference highly commended Haiyue Electric’s charitable act, noting that this donation not only provided material support to Xianyuzhai Village but also conveyed the company’s heartfelt concern for rural areas, setting a positive example for engaging social forces in rural revitalization.
