On February 21, 2026 (the fifth day of the Lunar New Year), Zhang Leiming, Party Secretary and Chairman of Ningbo Haiyue Electrical Appliance Manufacturing Co., Ltd., together with Party member Comrade Zhou Jieqing, made a special trip to Wannian County, Jiangxi Province, to pay a visit to the families of employees, extending heartfelt New Year greetings and best wishes to all.

During his visit, Chairman Zhang Leiming first paid a courtesy call on Chen Jiaoyuan, an employee in the Quality Department of Haiyue (Hubei) Electrical Co., Ltd., at his home. He sat warmly with the family, engaging in cordial conversation and gaining a thorough understanding of their living conditions and the local industrial landscape. Chairman Zhang highly commended Chen Jiaoyuan’s solid technical expertise and his meticulous, responsible work ethic, praising him as a key member of the Quality Department’s commissioning team who has made significant contributions to ensuring product quality and supporting the company’s steady growth.

Subsequently, the group, in accordance with the itinerary, paid visits in turn to employees and their families, including Zhou Jieqing, Li Xianggao, Wang Maoxuan, Yu Rongcheng, and others. At each stop, they engaged in warm conversations with the family members, sharing stories and exchanging pleasantries.

During the visit, Chairman Zhang Leiming and his delegation also paid a courtesy call on former employees Zhou Luhuang and Zhou Bin, along with their families. They engaged in heartfelt reminiscences and expressed sincere concern for their current circumstances. He wished both former employees continued success and further growth in their careers, emphasizing that Haiyue’s doors will always remain open to its distinguished veteran staff, inviting them to rejoin the Haiyue family at an appropriate time and move forward together.

At the home of former employee Zhou Bin, everyone met his six-year-old son, a lively and adorable child. As they prepared to say goodbye, the boy, full of innocent reluctance, cried out, “I want to go to Ningbo! I want to go to Ningbo…”

This heartwarming, childlike scene vividly captures the deep affection and high regard that employees’ families have for Haiyue. At such a young age, inspired by their fathers’ professional ties with Haiyue, they already harbor a strong yearning for Ningbo.
