On the afternoon of July 23, 2024, the Trade Union of Haiyue (Hubei) Electric Co., Ltd. convened the First Session of the First Congress of Employee Representatives. This marks a significant step forward in enabling employees to participate more directly in the company’s decision-making and management, thereby pooling their wisdom and strength to drive the enterprise’s reform and development and to build it into a world-class organization. At the same time, this event represents a new starting point for the trade union’s work and holds great significance in promoting the common development of both employees and the company. The meeting was attended by Chen Yongquan, Chairman of the Trade Union; Le Qianqian and Wang Tao, Deputy General Managers; Shen Nengjiang, Director of the Office; and employee representatives from the company.

At the meeting, moderator Xiong Qianqian began by providing a detailed overview of the constituent materials that comprise employee personnel files and by thoroughly explaining the company’s rules and regulations, emphasizing their critical role in fostering corporate culture and ensuring compliant employee conduct. Subsequently, Deputy General Manager Le Qianqian offered an in-depth analysis of the necessity of signing the “1+3” Collective Agreement, noting that this initiative would not only effectively safeguard employees’ legitimate rights and interests but also further promote the enterprise’s harmonious and stable development. Following this, Union Chairman Chen Yongquan provided a comprehensive explanation of the provisions of the “1+3” Collective Agreement, ensuring that employees’ interests are protected to the greatest extent possible. Finally, after thorough discussion, the delegates unanimously approved these important documents and expressed strong optimism about the company’s future direction and management model.

Following the conclusion of the conference, delegates unanimously expressed that the event had deepened their understanding of the company’s management systems and future plans. They pledged to approach their work with renewed enthusiasm and a more pragmatic, results-oriented attitude.

The conference concluded successfully. Haiyue (Hubei) Electric Co., Ltd. has not only made solid strides in internal management but has also aligned its thinking and strategies with the country’s development agenda. Moving forward, the company will continue to take the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee as its guiding principle, proactively respond to national policies, and drive higher-quality development in the context of the new era, steadily advancing toward ever loftier goals.
