Recently, the company’s large-scale telescopic paint booth has been officially put into operation, effectively addressing the challenges of coating large prefabricated modules and other structural components, and significantly enhancing both environmental performance and operational efficiency.
Once deployed, this paint booth offers a spacious interior, covering an area of 125 square meters. It is equipped with an advanced dry‑type paint mist filtration system and a three‑stage activated carbon adsorption exhaust‑gas treatment system, enabling efficient collection and treatment of dust and paint mist in a closed, negative‑pressure environment. This ensures that pollutant emissions meet regulatory standards at the source, significantly improving the working‑area environment and underscoring the company’s forward‑looking commitment to green manufacturing.
