On November 23, 2025, a research delegation from the Hubei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, accompanied by leaders from the Xiaochang County Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, paid a visit to our company to conduct an on-site inspection and provide guidance. Through field inspections, document reviews, and in-depth discussions, the delegation conducted a professional assessment of our company’s labor‑relations coordination and management practices and unanimously concluded that the system is comprehensive, the content is compliant, and the procedures are standardized, fully in accordance with relevant national regulations.
