To celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8 and enrich the cultural lives of its female employees, Haiyue Company organized a tour for 50 female staff members to Xiaochang and Enshi in Hubei Province from March 20 to 23. During the trip, the women enjoyed the natural beauty and cultural charm of Enshi’s landscapes and heritage, while also visiting the Xiaochang factory to gain a firsthand sense of the company’s dynamic growth and development.

On March 20, the female employees set out from Ningbo and Xiaochang, eventually converging in Enshi. Over the following two days, the group ventured deep into the Enshi Grand Canyon, strolled through the Yunlong Rift Valley, and marveled at the breathtaking spectacle of what is often called “the Earth’s most beautiful scar”; climbed to the summit of Qixingzhai to take in the dramatic karst landscape of jagged peaks; and visited Butterfly Rock in the Qingjiang Grand Canyon, immersing themselves in the poetic harmony of mountains and waters along the Qingjiang River’s scenic corridor. At the same time, the team savored authentic Tujia cuisine, including the吊锅宴 and home-style rural dishes, fully immersing themselves in the region’s folk culture.

On March 23, the team visited Haiyue (Hubei) Electrical Co., Ltd., touring its state-of-the-art smart factory in Xiaochang. The delegation inspected key production-line equipment, including the intelligent copper-bar storage facility, the robotic automatic bending cell, and the electrostatic-painting automated assembly line. Through this on-site observation, the female employees gained a firsthand understanding of how technological innovation is driving corporate development, further inspiring their enthusiasm to excel in their respective roles and collaboratively shape the future.

This trip to Xiaochang and Enshi in Hubei Province not only allowed the female employees to relax and rejuvenate but also strengthened team cohesion and a sense of belonging. While hiking through the canyons of Enshi, everyone encouraged one another; during the visit to the Xiaochang factory, they jointly discussed technical details. This spirit of collaboration is a microcosm of the company’s corporate culture. Haiyue Company has consistently demonstrated its respect and care for female employees through concrete actions, inspiring them to approach their work with greater enthusiasm and to contribute their unique strengths to the enterprise’s high-quality development.
