Job Responsibilities:

1. Stay informed about new market products, establish collaborative channels for introducing new products, and monitor pricing for newly sourced items.

2. Collaborate with the Sales Department to provide pre-sales services, including introducing company products to customers, understanding customer needs, answering technical questions, and offering system solution recommendations, thereby guiding customers in their product selection.

3. Discuss specific customer requirements, prepare system design proposals and technical agreements as requested by the customer, provide guidance on product manufacturing, and participate in product installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing to gain project experience.

4. Responsible for researching and analyzing the product strengths and solutions of competing companies.

5. Handle customer technical inquiries and complaints.

6. Collection and communication of after-sales customer feedback.

7. Provide necessary technical support to the Sales, Business Development, and Marketing departments.

8. Provide technical and product training for both internal and external stakeholders.

9. Collaborate with the Ministry of Commerce to review and optimize quotation documents, and prepare technical bid documents, technical proposals, product manuals, and other related materials to ensure the standardization of product technical documentation.

10. Participate in technical exchanges with clients, on-site measurements, and on-site inspections.

11. Provide after-sales service for key projects, address critical quality issues, summarize lessons learned, and refine technical measures and optimize technical solutions.

12. Accept work directives and assignments from the Ningbo Haiyue Headquarters and the Technical Department of Haiyue (Hubei) Electric Co., Ltd.

13. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.

2. At least 3 years of experience in technical support for complete high- and low-voltage equipment.

3. Familiar with power and electrical industry standards and technical specifications; willing to travel on business.
