Product Introduction

The ZR series trolley-type medium-temperature electric resistance furnace (650°C) is primarily used in heat treatment processes such as thermal shrink-fitting of motor shafts, low- to medium-temperature tempering, annealing, and aging of mechanical parts, stress-relief treatment of welded structural components, and solution treatment of aluminum alloys.

Performance and Features

· The all-steel furnace shell ensures greater structural stability and prevents deformation even after prolonged use.

· The furnace lining is constructed from ceramic fiber products, and a specially designed fixing structure ensures excellent thermal insulation performance. With the exception of thermal bridge connections, the outer surface temperature rise of the furnace body does not exceed 15°C, resulting in significant energy savings.

· The heating element is a resistance strip, featuring a novel suspended mounting structure that maximizes the radiative heating surface and delivers high thermal efficiency. The suspension components are made of high-alumina ceramic, offering excellent high-temperature strength, simple installation, and convenient maintenance and replacement.

· A high-temperature-resistant fan specially designed for kilns is installed to enhance temperature uniformity.

· Equipped with an electric lift-and-lower door for simple and safe furnace opening. Features an automatic sealing design that ensures a tight, airtight seal.

· Equipped with an electric trolley, making entry and exit operations simple.

· Configure an OMRON programmable temperature control instrument to ensure that temperature control better meets production process requirements.

· Advanced SCR or SSR contactless power regulation systems can effectively reduce the impact on the power grid.

· An optional paperless recording system is available, enabling continuous monitoring and recording of multiple temperature points within the furnace.

· A computer-based centralized control system can be provided as a package in accordance with customer requirements.
