    The HYH series dedicated drying oven for commutators is specially designed and manufactured in accordance with the production process requirements for commutators, primarily used in the curing and drying processes of bakelite powder and glass fiber in motor commutators. This type of drying oven features high-volume forced-air circulation and a uniquely designed internal air duct, ensuring highly uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber to guarantee consistent product curing quality. The temperature control system employs a multi-segment intelligent programmable controller with solid-state relay power regulation, automatically executing the desired temperature profile. Optional accessories include printers, temperature recorders, and DCS distributed control systems, enabling full-process recording and monitoring of the curing process.
