    The HDL series aging chambers are designed to test the performance parameters of high-performance electronic products—such as industrial automation instruments, electrical measuring instruments, laboratory instruments and equipment, digital meters, and microprocessor-based protection devices—under high-temperature conditions, thereby enhancing product stability and reliability. This equipment is widely used in technology sectors including power electronics and telecommunications. Depending on the specific process requirements of each product, the chamber can be configured with heating systems, forced-air circulation systems, temperature control systems, timing systems, and simulated load systems. High-temperature testing enables rapid identification and evaluation of the aging resistance of electronic products, facilitating the implementation of effective anti-aging measures to improve product quality.

    Performance and Features

    · The product structure, as well as the control instruments and materials used, were designed following a detailed study of the airflow and temperature distribution within the aging chamber.

    · An advanced hot-air circulation system ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber, while a low-noise fan system creates a quiet working environment.

    · Low-load electric heating tube heating ensures stable performance and long service life;

    · The air intake and exhaust system allows adjustable ventilation in the working chamber; the intelligent controller provides precise temperature regulation, with programmable heating rate settings for sensitive and reliable control.

    · When a fault occurs, the over-temperature protection device triggers an audible and visual alarm and cuts off the heating power supply, thereby protecting both the equipment and the test specimen.

    · The aging chamber is equipped with interior lighting, and the condition of the test products inside can be clearly observed through the tempered glass observation window on the door.
