    Product Introduction

    The HA series high-safety, energy-efficient vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) drying ovens are primarily used in the VPI processes for motors, transformers, and other similar products. Conventional drying ovens have long suffered from issues such as non-uniform chamber temperatures, the release of volatile gases during operation, and inherent safety hazards like flammability and explosiveness. After years of design optimization and refinement by our company’s technical team, we have developed the HA series high-safety, energy-efficient VPI drying oven. This product line boasts excellent safety, superior energy efficiency, and outstanding temperature uniformity.

    Performance and Features

    · The overpressure protection system will activate an audible and visual alarm and disconnect the power supply when abnormal wind pressure is detected (i.e., when exhaust is not functioning properly), thereby ensuring equipment safety.

    · The use of finned heaters with low surface load and low surface temperature eliminates the primary ignition hazard.

    · The continuous high-volume ventilation system and the unique front-position gas exchange function ensure that the concentration of flammable gases inside the enclosure is always maintained within a safe range.

    · The full-recirculation ventilation system and the unique hot-air circulation design ensure excellent temperature uniformity during the heating process.

    · The advanced, high-efficiency heat exchanger maintains excellent temperature uniformity and stability within the chamber even under high air exchange rates. Thanks to its superior heat transfer efficiency compared with conventional heat exchangers, it delivers significant energy savings.

    · High-quality, renowned domestic and international electrical components are carefully selected, ensuring a reliable control system and a highly responsive temperature-control system.

    · An over-temperature alarm and protection system is also provided, which automatically cuts off the heating power supply and activates an audible and visual alarm in the event of a temperature anomaly.

    · The enclosure is equipped with an explosion-proof safety door, ensuring the equipment’s safety and reliability.

    · A track is laid at the bottom, and the configured trolley can be equipped with various drive mechanisms—manual drive, rack-and-pinion drive, traction-carriage drive, winch-pull drive, or self-propelled drive—depending on the weight of the product being baked.

    The following features are available as optional extras upon user request:

    1. The insulation resistance tester can measure the insulation resistance of the winding under test at any time;

    2. The chamber is equipped with low-voltage lighting, and the door is fitted with a viewing window for continuous observation of the workpiece heating status.

    3. When equipped with a temperature recorder, it can record the temperature profile throughout the entire operation;

    4. The paint-dripping tray prevents insulation paint from dripping;

    5. Equipped with a computer-based DCS distributed control system.

    6. Equipped with a touch-screen PLC programmable control system.
