Product Introduction
The large-scale generator-specific curing oven is primarily used in the insulation varnish curing process for the rotors and stators of large wind turbines, hydroelectric generators, and steam turbines. This curing process places stringent requirements on equipment performance, including uniform temperature distribution, stability of the load carriage, versatility in workpiece loading and unloading, and precise monitoring of changes in workpiece insulation resistance. Following years of design refinement, our product has earned widespread acclaim from customers in the large-generator sector.
Performance and Features
· An optimally designed air duct and a properly balanced recirculation airflow ensure excellent temperature uniformity within the curing oven.

· The accompanying electric trolley (with a maximum design load of 300 tonnes) features smooth operation, excellent thermal stability, and tight sealing to prevent air leakage.
· According to process requirements, the system can be designed as a rotary baking and curing furnace to meet the rotational baking needs of both rotors and stators.
· A well-designed exhaust system, tailored to the drying process, effectively removes flammable gases generated during the curing of insulating varnish, thereby enhancing safety.
· An advanced heat-exchanger configuration preheats the intake air using exhaust heat, enhancing the equipment’s energy efficiency.
· The use of explosion-proof motors reduces spark generation during operation, thereby enhancing equipment safety.
· It can be designed with an HMI+PLC temperature control mode, thereby increasing the level of automation in equipment control and simplifying operation.
The display is more intuitive.· An advanced PID temperature-control algorithm ensures more precise temperature regulation.
· A programmable, automatic recording insulation resistance tester that can monitor changes in the workpiece’s insulation resistance in real time as required.
· A paperless temperature recorder that can continuously store multi-point temperature data from the curing oven over an extended period.
· It can be integrated with an industrial PC-based monitoring and control system, enabling remote, networked monitoring and operation of the equipment.
