    · Temperature control is implemented using an intelligent programmable temperature controller with self-tuning PID parameters and solid-state relay power regulation, enabling contactless, continuous adjustment. The entire drying process is fully automated, capable of meeting the requirements of any curing curve, while offering simple operation and reliable performance. High-quality electrical control components sourced both domestically and internationally are carefully selected to ensure optimal reliability of the furnace’s electrical control system.

    · Optional paper-based and paperless recorders are available to monitor the entire process and analyze drying and curing results; · Depending on the specific arrangement of the products being baked, an appropriate hot-air circulation method should be selected (e.g., top heating with vertical air supply, bottom heating with horizontal air supply, or side heating with vertical air supply) to ensure more uniform temperature distribution within the chamber and superior coil-drying performance.

    · Equipped with an over-temperature alarm system that automatically cuts off the heating power and triggers an audible and visual alarm in case of temperature anomalies; · Features a built-in low-voltage lighting system and a viewing window on the door for real-time observation of the curing status of the workpiece;

    · A track is laid at the bottom, and different trolley drive methods—such as manual drive, rack-and-pinion drive, or traction-carriage drive—can be selected based on the weight of the product being baked.

    · Based on the user’s on-site operating conditions, local control is available; for multiple curing ovens, a DCS distributed control system can also be optionally configured, enabling centralized management of temperature-control program settings, historical temperature-profile recording, and other functions. The system is simple and convenient to operate, with reliable control performance. · The insulation material utilizes high-quality, low-thermal-conductivity insulation cotton, delivering significant energy-saving benefits.
