The unit features a unique recirculating air duct design, ensuring superior temperature uniformity throughout the chamber—significantly better than that of conventional ovens. High-quality, high-density aluminosilicate wool with a low thermal conductivity is used as the insulation material, delivering notable energy-saving performance. The heating elements are sealed electric heating tubes, offering excellent oxidation resistance and long service life. Temperature control is managed by an intelligent programmable controller with PID auto-tuning and SSR solid-state relay-based contactless power regulation. Over-temperature protection is provided, accompanied by audible and visual alarms. This product series is ideally suited for drying and curing electronic capacitors and power capacitors, making it the perfect specialized replacement for imported ovens.
